DEI Allyship and Bystander Intervention Workshop

Have you ever been at a meeting or conference when someone said something hurtful to a colleague? Perhaps your immediate thought was "I can't believe they said that and wasn't nice" or "oof, I feel embarrassed for him/her/them in that situation." You may have wanted to address the situation and help your colleague, but didn't know how to proceed or how to help. Then, the incident lingers in your mind all afternoon or the next few days, and you wonder to yourself what you could have done differently.
The good news is that you don’t have to feel powerless in less than ideal workplace situations. There are ways in which you can step up and speak up for those without a voice or power to stand up for themselves. Our 1 1/2-hour Bystander Intervention Workshop is specifically designed for professionals who desire to be better allies in the workplace by providing tools and strategies to intervene appropriately when they witness poor behavior in the workplace. This workshop empowers participants to do something when they see something!
