We are a Tax Law Firm. We specialize in providing tax resolution, tax and accounting services to businesses and individuals. We are growing and looking to add a staff accountant to our team. Our firm is progressive with using technology and offers flexible schedules and remote working hours.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile client books and records
• Record journal entries in client books
• Prepare year end trial balances and corresponding work papers
• Prepare payroll and sales tax returns as necessary
• Assist preparing tax returns as needed
• Backing up administrative team as needed
• Must have excellent client interaction skills
• Must be able to be first line of communication for Attorney
• Handle difficult clients

Required Qualifications

• Accounting experience
• Working with multiple companies
• Quickbooks and Quickbooks Online experience
• Experience working with cloud based environments
• Proficient in MS Office

Nice to Have

• Understanding of a business owner with entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with CS product line (preferred, but not required)
