Chief Revenue Officer - insightLPR - Fort Worth, TX (Remote Role)

About the Company

insightLPR was created from the merger of two DSC-owned companies that came together to provide cutting-edge solutions for the recovery industry, law enforcement and commerce operations. Cintel was founded in 2012 to specialize in fixed cameras and trailers for law enforcement services and support. Location Services supports the loss mitigation industry and manufactures its own proprietary mobile LPR cameras. These two companies have combined their camera technologies and data collection capabilities to provide a full suite of services and solutions for our LPR network of clients.

About the Opportunity

This is an incredible opportunity to build and lead a sales organization. You will develop scalable processes, structure and tools. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle and will play a key role in the growth of the company serving multiple industry verticals and market segments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Hire, train, manage, and support a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) in outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and closing of opportunities
  • Collaborate with management and sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee sales operations, responsible for the development of performance metrics and processes that drive effective strategy and execution
  • Build a pipeline of leads across multiple verticals
  • Develop processes to ensure lead quality/quantity and proper follow-up
  • Create metrics for monthly qualified lead objectives
  • Regularly report on team/individual results - lead quantity, quality, revenue
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
  • Work closely with marketing on defining campaign follow-up and reporting
  • Collaborate with operations to make recommendations on process improvements

About You

You are comfortable building a sales structure and team, while also rolling up your sleeves and engaging directly with prospects and building relationships. You have experience and comfort working with executives and CEOs. Additional qualities include:

  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business
  • Technical product or software experience (SaaS) is helpful
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Energized by solving customer's problems - e.g. consultative sales approach
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment
