Sales Development Representative - Wellspring - Remote

Your Background and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Internships or prior work experience in sales, marketing or customer service roles
  • Enjoys Research
  • Adept at using various social media
  • Has great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for sales and desire to build a career in Enterprise Sales and Marketing

About the Role

  • Prospect and outreach to potential customers and outbound pipeline development
  • Develop target contact lists for outreach campaigns
  • Create compelling scripts to increase open and response rates
  • Leverage outbound lead channels such as email and social media, as well as automation tools to connect with, qualify, and set sales meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage Account Executive pipeline to convert qualified calls into demo meetings
  • Set up meetings for sales at conferences and drive attendance to our online, local, and national events
  • Maintain CRM tools, including weekly lead entry, notes, and movement of prospects through the pipeline stages for deals worked on
