About the Opportunity

We are looking for a qualified Program Manager to support the development of internal project controls and streamline workflows. You will work as part of a cross-functional team as well as individually with little supervision. A great Program Manager is able to learn quickly to understand project requirements, reporting and documentation needs, and ensure delivery to internal and external stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand how to navigate the development system and successfully execute projects
• Manage project documentation in various systems
• Collaborate with a team of engineers, technicians, and business managers to improve and communicate the existing program management processes
• Effectively maintain and communicate project documentation, activities, and deliverables for various customer projects, internal R&D activities, and corporate initiatives
• Track, prioritize, and communicate active and potential open items and risks to program timeline, budget, or outcome
• Maintain internal systems and data integrity
• Lead weekly project meetings with broader team
• Manage a portfolio of projects, keeping accurate records and communicating to the rest of the team

About You

You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and problem solving capability, great attention to detail and strong time management skills along with:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager
• Experience building timelines, managing overlapping workflows, identification and resolution of open issues, maintaining orderly and accessible project documentation
• Engineering degree or similar
• Experience with data analysis and presentation
