About the opportunity:
You will be joining a small team to help manage the investment and personal affairs of a very successful family. You would work with a team of private wealth experts and support the team in a variety of ways. Each day will be a little bit different. Activities include:
Reviewing and managing documents, including account statements, subscription documents, and fund reports
Managing all aspects of the performance measurement system and running reports on investment and fund performance
Managing all financial transactions, including incoming and outgoing wire transfers and bill payments
Performing special projects as needed to implement best practices across the office
Oversee all human resources functions, including processing payroll, managing healthcare plans, 401(k) plan and other employee benefits
Overseeing a variety of office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, trouble shooting IT, etc.
You will get exposed to high level investment and tax planning and learn from some of the best in the industry.
You are detail oriented and have incredible time management skills. You drip with integrity and professionalism and understand the highly confidential nature of this work. Your happy place is when you are multi-tasking and managing multiple projects to completion. While a background in finance and accounting is not necessary, you have a good understanding of the basics of accounting and finance and are good with numbers.
