Alliance & Channel Development Manager - Tenacity (Remote)

About You

You love creating winners. You are driven, ambitious, and have a deep bias for action. To you, partners, alliances, and resellers are how you create a stronger team - a deeper bench from which you can draw the all-stars to dominate on the field and in the market. You nurture and mentor each to their fullest potential.

You will be key in driving Tenacity’s explosive growth through channels and alliances. Many of these partners are underserved and Tenacity offers a fundamentally different approach to SaaS security products aimed at creating winners in the channel.

The ideal candidate has a high degree of personal accountability, desires responsibility, and wants to work in a rapid-paced startup where your input and decisions matter.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt, recruit, and develop productive partnerships
  • Relentlessly drive annual recurring revenue
  • Lead internal efforts to drive partner success by pulling together marketing, product, customer success, and leadership to help you win
  • Coach partners on how to develop their own service offerings around Tenacity
  • Work alongside partners to drive deals in their own markets and customer-base
  • Drive growth
  • Ability and willingness to travel

Qualifications

  • Experience selling software products
  • A strong understanding of how products can fit into a partner revenue model
  • SaaS, cloud, security, managed services, or other industry experience - don’t need all, tell us about your area of expertise
  • Excellent communication skills
