Kelly Rodriguez - Senior HR Consultant

Kelly has 22 years of HR experience in automotive manufacturing, plastics manufacturing, construction, food prep, and consulting with small companies. She has the advantage of having owned her own small business and understands the inner pieces of ownership. Her passions are around employee relations, development, and helping the people and business grow. She has a BS from Oakland University in related studies, a Masters from Central Michigan University in Human Resources Management, is PHR certified and is taking the SHRM-SCP this summer.

She loves being with her husband, kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews and dogs. She enjoys traveling, connecting, volunteering and is an active member of a couple of the local SHRM chapters.
